Welcome to Otesian Age

Otesian Age is a fantasy setting in the fantastical world of Eredwyn. The dragon Gralgor, The First Calamity, The End Of The World, is dead. But with his death, the vile forces and governments he controlled are now free to pursue their long-held ambitions. These tyrants who are ready to conquer the world left behind by the dragon are known as The Successors.
Only one person stops these tyrants in their tracks to conquer the world, the one who killed the dragon, and the man who named this Era. This person is Otes Abiak, King of Otesis and leader of Drakynium.

In the Otesian Age, there are no rules in the war for supremacy.

Well… it depends…

Do you want to know details about how the entire universe works? Things like power systems, sources of power, abilities, phenomena, conditions in which characters can find themselves?

Well, then it’s best to go to the Universe Page.

Want to know more about Eredwyn, the planet where the story takes place? Things like locations, ancient beings and more superficial issues on the planet?

Then it’s best to go to the World section of the menu at the top of the site. Below I leave the map of Eredwyn for location purposes.

Do you want to know about the history? Important events? Who did what to whom? How did we get to where we are now?

If so, please check the timeline in the HISTORY section of the menu at the top of the site. I recommend leaving the Eredwyn map on the side if you want to better understand the events.

But if you want to learn more about the story itself, the factions, their cultures, their characters and interests,

Then I recommend the factions section in the top menu. Within each faction, you will find all the information about the main members of the glorious Otesian Age. Below, I will leave a list of the Major Factions with a brief description of each one and a map with the territory of each one. Feel free to learn about the one that interests you the most. Please understand that this is all done by one person only, so if the content is not satisfactory, I apologize.

Drakynium – The protagonist faction. A force of warriors, wizards and dragons concentrated against the tyranny of that which dominates the world.
Dranate – A faction formed and ruled by the elven descendants of the still-living Drani king, Maliris. Over 300 years, they grew in numbers and strength through oppression, exploitation, and prejudice until they became the powerhouse they are today.
Unholy Alliance – a true force of infinite numbers formed by the worshippers and beings created by the unholy gods of the universe, all gathered in Eredwyn by the leadership of the Peace Tyrant, Golenat.
Volgans – Residents of the northern, icy region of Joturn, the Volgans are a collection of numerous tribes, now called reigres, each with their own unique strengths, cultures, and uses. But they all follow the leadership of the giant Voligar, and his belief that all things belong to those strong enough to take them.
Kenastrins – Followers of the One Pharaoh, Kenast, and residents of the great desert of Kereth, the Kenastrins are a force of genius in all areas of warfare united under the belief that Kenast must rule the world, making it a better place, and that no other government besides his will be tolerated.
Sindarklai – Resented and filled with hatred for their cousins in Goriath for having betrayed them and abandoned them to die, the Sindarklai are a civilization of dwarves who were saved by the dragon Gralgor, and used all their burning rage to spread the ideal of oppression, destruction and evil that Gralgor preached. Through rage, iron and fire, the Sindarklai kill, enslave and take revenge on everyone they can reach.

I’m going to leave this text here as a way of talking to everyone who arrives.

First of all, I’m sorry about the use of AI-generated images. I don’t have the money to pay real and truly talented artists, so I hope you understand. All the images on this site are for illustrative purposes only and are not the real, official look and feel of my universe, whether they are AI-generated or not. I also use some images that I find on the internet, so I will try to find their sources to give due credit to the artists. And if anyone who owns the actual rights to an image used here doesn’t agree with its use, please just contact me and I’ll promptly remove it.

With the part that bothers me the most out of the way, now I can really get started. As I’ve already said, my name is Kveirinha, that being my nickname in the online world. Ever since I was a child, I’ve loved stories, especially fantasy ones. It didn’t take long for me to get the urge to create my own universe and share it with people who love stories and fantastic worlds as much as I do. After years of just writing in Word files, I’ve finally managed to start making this dream come to life here.

The Otesian Age is simply my war universe, full of battles, incredible characters, different factions, victories, defeats and tragedies. I’ll start propagating the existence of this site when I believe that the content already posted is satisfactorily rich. I intend to keep posting, always bringing new characters, units, events, stories and information. Even though I don’t know anything about programming, I’m going to do my best to keep this dream alive on this site. I hope in the future I can have a team to leave this place in the best possible way.

I’m not from an English-speaking country. That’s why I have to translate everything I’ve written and will write, so if you see any typos, please let me know somehow and I’ll correct them. Creating worlds like this is my passion, so I want every detail to be as perfect as possible.

All the content is free for anyone who wants to dive into this giant universe I’m creating, and I really hope you enjoy it.

One thing I really want to see happen, even if I’m just starting out, is to have official arts from my universe. I promise to commission in the future, if I can afford it, from artists I love like Kim chan, Antonio J. Manzanedo, Alex Cristi, Anato Finnstark and Christian Angel. As well as the artist Artem Demura, from the recent hit Trench Crusade, I wish all these people nothing but success in their projects.
